Plasticos Castella SA is seeking a Lead Mechanical CAD Designer in Austin, TX (also open to remote). This role requires deep expertise in parametric modeling, configuration control, and the lifecycle of mechanical systems.
The successful candidate will independently execute complex designs and ensure alignment between models, drawings, and BOMs. Strong experience in CAD tools like Solid Works and/or Creo is essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
