Are you ready to elevate your career within a telecom pioneer that's reshaping the industry? This is your chance! Citymesh is looking for a Project Manager for their Citymesh Enterprise PMO team. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of telecom infrastructure and connectivity projects, with a focus on Private Mobile Networks, LAN/WLAN solutions, and/or possible applications on these networks.

You coordinate all project phases from start-up to execution and completion, ensuring alignment on scope, timing, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations. In this role, you work closely with technical experts, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects run in a structured, efficient, and result-oriented manner.

End-to-end responsibility: You manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects within the domains of Private Mobile Networks, LAN/WLAN, and/or possible applications on these networks. This includes defining the project scope, planning milestones, monitoring progress and budget, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that deliveries meet the agreed quality standards and client expectations.

Connecting the dots: You act as the central coordination point between clients, engineering teams, technical specialists, and other internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder management and communication: Clear communication, sound judgment, and strong follow-up are essential to maintain momentum in projects and effectively address project challenges.

Project Management: You apply project management methodologies and best practices in a pragmatic way, balancing structure and flexibility in a dynamic and technically specialized environment.

Continuous growth: You contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and ways of working.

5 years of relevant professional experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the telecom or connectivity sector.

Solid experience in Private Mobile Networks and/or LAN/WLAN environments and understanding of technically complex client projects.

Sound judgment, allowing you to make balanced decisions in a fast-evolving and sometimes challenging environment.

You are a strong communicator who can easily interact with clients, colleagues, and subject matter experts, in English as well as French or Dutch.

You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining an overview and eye for detail.

You can lead project teams and enjoy working with technical experts and multidisciplinary teams, including in highly specialized domains.

You are willing to travel approximately 3 to 5 days per month, depending on project needs.
