Senior Project Manager - Water​/Wastewater

Work hand in hand with the NY/NJ Water Team on multi‑disciplined water infrastructure projects, delivering technical and managerial leadership.

• Facilitate our strategy and business growth.
• Collaborate with skilled project teams to strengthen market growth.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for water design and construction projects.
• Coordinate activities of design engineers, technicians, and field staff.
• Ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and support proposal and presentation preparation.
• Work closely with Client Account Managers and Operations teams to pursue water opportunities in the NY/NJ metro area.
• Advance long‑term relationships with water clients at state, city, and county levels.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in NY.
• 20+ years of experience in the water market sector.
• Track record of coordinating teams and winning work regionally or statewide.
• Strong relationships with public and private water clients (e.g., NYCDEP, NYCDDC, PVSC).
• Experience in stakeholder relationship development and management.

• Licensed Professional Engineer in NJ or NY.
• Experience delivering or managing large water projects or programs.
• Ability to set vision, coach, and motivate teams; manage commercial and legal negotiations.
• Established local client relationships and understanding of agency policies and procedures.

• Salary: $160,000 – $230,000, commensurate with experience.
