Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Remote Sensing Services to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA
. This role supports our continued growth and offers the opportunity to work on (or support) meaningful projects alongside a collaborative, experienced team. You’ll have the chance to build your career while contributing to impactful solutions across the communities we serve.

• Manage LiDAR and remote sensing projects from start to finish
• Oversee drone operations and field data collection
• Coordinate and maintain survey control procedures
• Process and analyze LiDAR data
• Perform QA/QC on project deliverables
• Create surfaces and mapping products
• Prepare LiDAR and CAD deliverables
• Produce accurate, client-ready mapping and survey data

• Bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing or related field preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 3 years of remote sensing experience
• Experience with LiDAR processing, drone operations, and mapping workflows preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
