Location: Town of Poland
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute comprehensive testing of new caps and packaging material products.
- Provide advanced technical support for commercial orders and filling machines at client sites, including technician training.
- Develop and supply promotional and application support materials to the sales team.
- Provide expertise, advise and consultancy for Cap applicator platforms for Lamipak Cap materials.
- Build competence, handle escalated issues and drive performance improvement of CAP applicator platform for aseptic packaging.
- Participate in the development and test of cap materials in the Pilot plant.
- Act as a team member in Lamipak Cap deployment and technical teams, supporting projects with strong technical capabilities and knowledge in opening devices of aseptic packaging.
- Perform Cap test and validations at Lamipak customer sites globally.
- Write test and technical reports to help analyze potential issues and defects.
- Issue resolution for future problems related to the Cap applicator machines or Cap material.
- Share competence and best practices regarding Cap applicator machines or Cap material.
- Minimum 10 years of filling machines experience for CAP
30 Platform on HC23, HC27 and DC26 applications. - Deep understanding of Cap application to aseptic packaging and MMI knowledge.
- Able to provide full engineering support with independent responsibility for the DE-CAP applicator area.
- Well acquainted and self sufficient in physical testing and problem solving.
- Sleeve filling machines and Cap applicators is a plus.
