MAE Aerospace is seeking a Structural Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team supporting aerospace and spaceflight hardware programs.

This role requires hands‑on experience with FEMAP and NASTRAN. Candidates must be able to contribute immediately—
training on the job is not provided

• Perform structural analysis including static, random vibration, and thermal
• Build and analyze finite element models using FEMAP/NASTRAN
• Evaluate stresses and margins of safety
• Support design teams with analysis‑driven recommendations
• Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations

• 2–5 years of structural analysis experience (aerospace preferred)
• Hands‑on FEMAP experience (required)
• Hands‑on NASTRAN experience (required)
• Strong understanding of Stress fundamentals
• Ability to build and assess FEMs independently
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
