Job Description Quuppa is seeking a tech-savvy Solutions Engineer to join our Services team in the United States. We are specifically looking for a candidate on the East Coast, with a preference for the North Alabama region. The primary focus of this role is to support Quuppa's growth in the designated regions.

Responsibilities- Assist with the pre- and post-sales activities of Quuppa’s indoor positioning solutions.
- Contribute to or manage selected bid preparations and related activities for our offering.
- Provide training for Quuppa’s stakeholders about products and installation/integration processes.
- Perform incident management and troubleshooting as needed.
- Deliver professional services.
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to introduce our products or services to customers.
- Determine customers' needs and propose solutions to meet requirements.
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
- Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
- Solicit and log client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Provide Quuppa onsite services.
- Produce training and supporting materials for the sales team.
- Provide after-sales support services.
Our ideal candidate is customer-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on, and organized. You should follow up and complete complex tasks, and be comfortable asking questions. To be successful, you should gain in-depth knowledge of Quuppa and partners’ products and translate that knowledge for non-technical customers.
This position requires approximately 15-20% travel for onsite professional services, troubleshooting, training, and customer engagement.
Requirements for the applicant- Relevant studies in engineering/technology (university or university of applied sciences).
- Strong hands-on technical background in fields such as radio engineering, telecommunications, computer networking, electrical engineering, or computer science.
- Linux experience (configuration, troubleshooting).
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to work.
- Native speaker in English.
- Experience with customers as a tech support, sales engineer, or solutions engineer.
- Experience in IoT and Real-Time Locating Systems.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Software development and APIs (REST API, UDP, web server).
- Computer networks and IT infrastructures (TCP/UDP/IP, DHCP, routers, switches, etc.).
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
- Virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese).
