qualifications and responsibilities for this senior civil engineer position include:

• minimum 7 years of civil engineering experience in water, wastewater, and/or transportation projects
• professional engineer (pe) license required
• proficiency in civil 3d is a non-negotiable
• experience with hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools such as hec-ras, stormcad, watercad, or swmm
• collaborate with product and software engineering teams to define and test ai-powered tools for civil workflows
• use hands-on design experience to identify and improve workflow inefficiencies
• create reference designs and test cases to validate software performance
• must be onsite with flexibility for occasional remote work (1–2 days/month max)

salary:$160,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
