Position responsibilities include the following:
- Traffic analysis and modeling
- Safety studies
- Traffic signal design
- Roundabout analysis
- Parking studies
- Transportation planning
- Pedestrian and bicycle evaluations
- Multi-modal evaluations
- Traffic signal timing
- Signing and pavement markings
- Work zone analysis
- Intersection control evaluations
- Conceptual improvement designs
- Providing traffic support for public and private clients
- Technical writing

Skills and requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university with coursework in transportation and preferably traffic
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Sound decision-making skills
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, Synchro, HCS, and Sidra is desired.
