What you will experience with us

• You will take over the project management of decommissioning projects and building contaminant remediation in the industrial sector from conception to final implementation.
• You will develop and implement remediation strategies and solutions together with specialist experts, taking into account the specific framework conditions and represent the desired solutions to customers and authorities.
• You will be responsible for ensuring project results in terms of economic and timely implementation as well as compliance with applicable technical rules and valid laws, particularly with regard to occupational safety and environmental protection.
• You will take on responsibility for project acquisition and represent our company to customers as well as at specialist conferences and conventions.

What makes you special

• You have a Bachelor's, Master's or diploma degree in civil engineering, geology, geo- or environmental sciences, environmental engineering or a comparable degree.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the processing and management of projects, particularly in the areas of building contaminant remediation and decommissioning, including time and cost tracking.
• You are proficient in the planning, organization, and evaluation of building substance investigations.
• You develop team remediation and decommissioning strategies and plan them to execution readiness.
• You create precise cost estimates for decommissioning projects.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, rules, and legal provisions.
• You speak fluent German and English at a C1 level.
• You are flexible and willing to travel.
