• Lead the analysis and execution of power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and harmonic studies
• Manage projects by defining scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets while ensuring milestones are met
• Mentor and coach less-experienced staff to support their growth and development
• Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate across disciplines to align technical approaches
• Prepare and communicate technical reports and study results to client representatives

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power system studies and project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency in power system analysis software such as ETAP, SKM Power Tools, and PSCAD
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• 15+ years of experience in consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial settings
• Knowledge of substation or collection system design and renewable energy projects
• Experience with NERC standards and requirements
• Familiarity with additional software such as MathCAD and GE Enervista
• Ability to perform lightning or switching overvoltage studies using PSCAD
