**** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

This is a remote position, with 30%–50% travel required.
** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Collaborate with product management and business development to shape application strategies.
* Support sales teams through technical training, presentations, and solution expertise.
* Provide consultative engineering support to production and operations teams.
* Develop and promote effective tools, equipment, and methods for transformer components.
* Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative techniques.
* Drive improvements that elevate customer satisfaction and product acceptance.
* Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities.
* Serve as a technical liaison for internal teams and external customers.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer components or related engineering.
* Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
* Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience providing customer‐facing technical support is a plus.
