At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

Blue Origin is pioneering the future of space-based communications with Tera Wave, a revolutionary satellite communications network designed to deliver symmetrical data speeds of up to 6 Tbps anywhere on Earth. This multi-orbit constellation will consist of optically interconnected satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) and medium Earth orbit (MEO), providing enterprise-grade connectivity for critical operations worldwide.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineer to own the production release of advanced RF/mmWave Front-End ICs (FEICs) and complementary mixed-signal and digital ASICs for our Tera Wave team. Sitting at the intersection of product engineering, test engineering, and validation engineering, you will guide new products from tape‑out through qualification, characterization, engineering validation, and high‑volume production—directly influencing schedule attainment, yield, and cost structure.

You will be the single owner accountable for the silicon release, stepping into every stage of the production flow including qualification, characterization, ATE test development, engineering validation, excursion management, and failure analysis. Your work will contribute to Blue Origin's mission of enabling millions to live and work in space for the betterment of Earth by integrating technology from various product lines to advance space‑based communication.
