New Orleans, Louisiana. This hybrid role offers a collaborative office environment combined with remote Fridays and a 4½-day workweek.

• Lead structural design and analysis for residential and commercial projects
• Manage historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects
• Develop calculations, reports, and construction documents
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors throughout project life cycles
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical development
• Assist with project planning and business development efforts
• Perform site visits and construction support activities
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and project efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience with building design and construction documents
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with structural analysis and design software
• Authorized to work in the United States
