Mission

We are looking for a Preparation Specialist for Industrial Stop (SEVESO) to join our team in Normandy. This key role involves planning and organizing all preparatory work for technical stops and maintenance. We welcome both junior and experienced profiles motivated by coordination and anticipation of work.

Main duties:

• Prepare and organize interventions on industrial sites in the stop phase in coordination with site managers and maintenance heads.
• Analyze technical files and documents related to upcoming work to anticipate material, tool, and human resource needs.
• Establish and update stop schedules in collaboration with operational teams and subcontractors.
• Identify technical and logistical constraints before the start of work to optimize the stop process.
• Collaborate with different trades (electricity, mechanics, etc.) to coordinate interventions and priorities.
• Monitor the progress of preparations and ensure traceability of actions taken.
• Participate in preparation and debriefing meetings by providing feedback to improve future operations.

Profile

• Technical training in maintenance (Bac+2 minimum preferred, but field experience valued).
• Knowledge of different trades (electricity, mechanics, structure, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and documents.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and anticipation.
• Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn for junior profiles; autonomy and experience desired for experienced profiles.
