Job Title
This person will join a large nationwide engineering team that specializes in many industries, this person will focus on the design of renewable natural gas plants derived from animal waste, or waste biomass such as grass, corn, or fruit. The design hinges on the digestion process, the responsibilities range from initial meeting with customers, specifying equipment, developing P&IDs, coordination with in-house project engineers, selection of equipment through third-party vendors, consultation on construction and assistance during startup.
Travel is minimal. These plants use anerobic digestors, water heaters, freezers, and compressors. This is an employee-owned company that recognize hard work and creativity and rewards people with higher compensation, minimal red tape, greater influence within the company including and stock options/LTI after several years of employment. Our client consults also designs and builds plants in such industries as biochemicals, nuclear plants, meat alternatives, and aerospace.
Requirements:
- B.S. Chemical, Biological Engineering,
- 8+ years process design
- Must have experience with selection or design of anaerobic digesters of RNG processes
- P.E.
