Job Title
Your responsibilities include leading the inspection and testing team in daily operations. You ensure all inspections are executed reliably, quality is measurable and traceable, and the team performs under real conditions. You are part of execution, ensuring 100% inspection coverage, no unverified parts, immediate escalation of issues, stable process flow, operational team leadership, clear inspection standards and processes, structured documentation, and on-the-job coaching and team guidance.

Your profile includes a background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar, experience in inspection/testing/quality, production environments, and initial leadership experience (hands-on). Your skillset includes a strong understanding of inspection processes, experience with measurement tools, a structured and practical mindset, and the ability to lead in an operational environment.
