Job Title
Plan, control, and ensure the correct execution of the Program, guaranteeing coherence between planning, costs, and the actual progress of the work.
To do this, the role develops and maintains the Time and Cost Baselines, updates the monthly planning of all areas involved, and performs comprehensive monitoring of the Program's progress through EVMS indicators. Additionally, it identifies risks, deviations, and opportunities, proposing corrective actions and ensuring coordination and coherence between engineering, production, materials, and construction.
- Develop and update the Time and Cost Baselines of the projects.
- Maintain and review the monthly planning: WBS, linkages, durations, dates, budgets, and Manufacturing Orders.
- Ensure the coherence of information between SAP PS and Safran.
- Analyze critical paths, progress curves, workload, and planning indicators.
- Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities, proposing corrective actions.
- Perform weekly and monthly monitoring of the Program, including EVMS indicators.
- Prepare progress reports, earned value, and risk reports for the different milestones of the Program.

Naval or Industrial Engineering - Previous experience:
- At least 6 months in Naval program planning and monitoring
- At least 6 months in the development of plans in Safran Project
- At least 6 months in SAP PS
- At least 6 months in earned value management
- B2 or equivalent
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Any degree
- B2 level English
- Safran Project proficiency
