As an architect with a focus on execution planning (performance phase
5) you are part of our interdisciplinary project-specific planning team at GROPYUS and work closely at the interface between project planning and the development team of our building system. You support the execution planning of our multi-story residential buildings and contribute significantly to the quality-oriented, consistent, and implementable planning within our serial timber construction system.

In your role, the focus is on the content-related processing, elaboration, and documentation of the execution planning as well as on close cooperation with internal specialist disciplines and external planning partners. You work within clearly defined project structures and standards and support the project or planning management in the coordination and quality assurance of LP5.

• Collaboration in the content-related integration of the execution planning within the project-specific planning team
• Processing of architect plans in performance phase 5 based on defined system, design, and project specifications
• Creation of execution documents such as: – 1:50 drawings and overview plans in Revit – project-related lists and quantity surveys
• Support in the coordination of the execution planning with internal specialist disciplines as well as external specialist planners
• Participation in the quality control of the execution planning (e.g. plan reviews, plausibility checks, model consistency)
• Examination of plan statuses of specialist planning and subcontractor work plans for technical conformity and specifications
• Maintenance and structured filing of plans and plan lists (plan administration, plan codes, revision statuses)
• Collaboration in the timeline tracking of the execution planning in coordination with project management and planning management
• Support in the development of digital processes and standards within the LP5

• Completed study of architecture
• Min. 2–4 years of professional experience in execution planning (LP5), ideally in residential construction
• Experience in the processing of execution plans and BIM models
• Secure and professional handling of Revit
• Basic understanding of the coordination of internal and external specialist disciplines
• Knowledge in serial construction, timber construction, or system-based planning is an advantage
• Structured, careful, and reliable working method with a high sense of quality
• Team capability as well as enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing; good English language skills
