Project Engineer

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. We have an exciting opportunity located in Poway, CA for a Project Engineer to support our Platform Sustainment (CLS) Project Engineering team. This position supports the engineering staff in implementation of the defense priorities and allocation system (DPAS).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Applies technical knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve assigned engineering problems.
• Obtains and analyzes test data.
• Develops appropriate documentation of findings and implemented solutions.
• May be required to make brief technical presentations.
• May provide direction to design and/or technical staff.
• Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
