Chemical plant construction experience is also highly valued.

Safety Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with EM 385, OSHA standards, defense‑sector safety policies, and company requirements.
  • Ensure contractor execution aligns with process‑safety considerations, hazard‑mitigation practices, and energetics/explosives safety expectations.
  • Verify construction quality through inspections, documentation reviews, and adherence to specifications.
IPT & Program Integration
  • Work closely with internal program management and engineering personnel to align field execution with program objectives.
  • Provide technical insights, schedule updates, risk flags, and field‑based recommendations to the IPT and Program Management team.
  • Help ensure that design intent, safety requirements, and program needs are communicated effectively within the team.
