- Technical and disciplinary management of the SCADA team
- Technical responsibility for the correct implementation of the SCADA system with regard to normative requirements and customer requirements
- Coordination of external engineering service providers
- Responsibility for the planning of DCS and SCADA systems, automation and/or control technology for major international solar projects - from planning to commissioning
- Definition and regular review of technical and commercial project requirements with the project manager/client
- Collecting requirements for plant monitoring and control, managing this data and creating specifications and plans for plant monitoring
- Evaluation, planning and implementation of IT/OT requirements
- Clarification of technical details with customers and suppliers / troubleshooting
- Project overview from A to Z for all SCADA/DCS topics
- Ensuring the successful and timely commissioning of system monitoring and control
- Supporting technicians during field assignments
- Completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering / information technology or vocational training as an electrical engineer / IT specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering or information technology
- Practical experience in the field of I&C technology and/or energy/information technology
- Experience with the planning and implementation of electrical and network technology systems
- Very good knowledge in the field of industrial communication technology, especially with Modbus
- Experience in employee management / team leadership
- Business fluent in German and English (C1)
- Communicative team player with high resilience
- Willingness to travel (10%) nationally and internationally
- Driving license class B
