Micro1 is seeking a Building Code Plans Examiner for a remote role based in Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing construction plans and permit documents for compliance with the Florida Building Code, primarily for Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade jurisdictions.
Applicants should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Architecture, and relevant Florida licenses. Strong expertise in building code compliance is essential, as well as the ability to explain technical requirements clearly to various stakeholders.
