In the context of a new position to support the development of our activities, we are looking to hire an Engineer Proposal (H/F).

Within the applications/proposals service (attached to the Business Development division), you will be involved in the design and definition phases of technical solutions to meet the needs of our clients/prospects.

As an engineer proposal, you will transform expressed needs into competitive technical and commercial solutions. In close collaboration with application engineers, commercial, and engineering services, your main tasks will be:

• Analyze client tenders and technical specifications to identify project needs and constraints
• Design appropriate technical solutions
• Validate supply areas
• Develop preliminary plans (PFD, P&, layout) with support from relevant services
• Evaluate project costs (equipment, engineering, installation) including through supplier consultations
• Establish a timeline for the proposed solution
• Contribute to the writing of technical sections in technical commercial offers

Your strengths for success:

• You hold a degree of at least Bac+5, in process engineering, chemical engineering, or equivalent.
• You have at least a first experience obtained during a traineeship and/or an internship. Experience in an international industrial environment would be an asset!
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is imperative. Occasional travel in Europe and internationally is expected (B permit required).
