What Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electronics, or related fields.
• Fluent English and desirable French proficiency.
• Knowledge in project management: planning, tracking development milestones, cost control, and industrial budgets.
• Understanding of the automotive product: global understanding of car architecture, validation processes of parts, design of components, and manufacturing chain dynamics.
• Domination of engineering tools: handling of PLM systems (like NewPDM), CAD tools (Catia), and incident management software or Agile methodologies.
• Synthesis capacity.
• Cross-functional leadership.
• Proactivity and decision-making.
