• Provide quantity surveying support for non‑destructive testing (NDT), inspection, and condition monitoring of mechanical and piping work on the Hinkley Point C project.
• Apply NEC forms of contract and CEMAR best practices to project costing and commercial management.
• Work closely with specialist engineering services contractors to ensure accurate cost estimates, risk assessment and commercial reporting.
• Co‑ordinate site visits: 3 days on site at Hinkley Point C and 2 days remote work.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and amendments for engineering works delivered within a highly regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and CEMAR.
• Prior experience on large engineering or regulated projects, preferably in nuclear or similar sectors.
• Excellent commercial awareness, cost‑control techniques and risk‑management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.

The role is outside the scope of IR35 and offers a competitive day rate. Travel and accommodation arrangements will be provided for candidates commuting beyond normal daily travel distance.
