Project Manager (Structural Engineering)
Location:
Los Angeles, CA (2 positions available), San Diego, CA (1 position available) – Relocation open for the right candidate.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday (in-office) with Work-from-Home on Fridays.
- Compensation: $118,560 - $126,800
- Employment Type:

- Experience:
Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience. - SE License:
Required. - Education:
Master’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university. - Technical Expertise
- Type I construction (steel and concrete structures).
- Ground-up construction (60-70%) and renovations (30-40%).
- Mission Critical Facilities.

- Strong, decisive leader managing a team of engineers and designers.
- Track record of delivering projects and maintaining client relationships.

Based in Los Angeles and San Diego, the role involves supervising teams of engineers and BIM designers, managing schedules and budgets, collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Supervise project teams and ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, seismic regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct technical design and detailing for large-scale structures.
