• Form the interface between the design and production departments at the location and at other locations for the assigned area of responsibility
• Responsibility for the detailed design of stowages and facilities, including coordination with the relevant specialist groups
• Provide technical support for the production department, answering design-related questions and developing targeted solutions
• Create and maintain 3-D CAD models as well as edit and maintain parts lists
• Manage and maintain the associated product data in the PLM system

• Completed Bachelor of Engineering, successfully completed technician or comparable degree and several years of professional experience with proven design skills and a strong solution-oriented approach
• Practical experience in design and production technology; experience in 3-D design and construction supervision is desirable
• Strong decision-making skills and communication skills, combined with secure technical coordination with specialist experts and customer representatives
• High intercultural competence and strong team skills
• Very good English language skills in both spoken and written form
