The Technik and Sustainability teams plan and implement the technical building equipment (TGA), the required infrastructure measures, and Green Production projects as part of the factory planning tasks. The planning activities take place in close coordination with all areas of production planning with the goal of successfully implementing the worldwide construction projects of the Mercedes-Benz Powertrain and Assembly Plants. The two teams consist of about 30 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who look forward to your support.

You will receive an exciting insight into the daily work and project work of the factory planning and support the female and male employees in their diverse tasks related to technical building equipment, industrial construction, and sustainability.
You will contribute to the creation of a training concept for the contents of the technical building equipment (TGA) and industrial construction (IB), including the creation of documents and presentations.
You will contribute to the development/further development of standards and guidelines for the technical building equipment (TGA) and industrial construction (IB), including the creation of new documents and the revision/update of existing documents.
You will work on large TGA projects and sustainability projects and support them.
You will take over your own smaller projects and carry them out independently and responsibly.
You will take over administrative tasks and thereby support the TGA and IB teams.
Degree in Building, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
Good technical basic understanding.
Secure German and English skills in speech and writing.
Secure handling of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to graphically represent complex technical facts in an appealing way.
Commitment and team capability.
Analytical thinking and strategic working method.
First practical experience in the environment of factory planning or at Mercedes-Benz is desirable.
