• Monitor the operation (Flight Watch) ensuring situational awareness and early detection of potential incidents during the shift.

• Support real-time decision-making in the department, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop cross-operational knowledge in short and medium-range operations, progressively increasing autonomy and decision-making capacity.

• Operationally plan the assigned flights, integrating restrictions such as meteorology, NOTAMs, ATFM regulations, and aircraft performance.

• Prepare and present ATC flight plans, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of air operations, flight planning, meteorology, and/or navigation.
• Availability to work shifts (24/7).
• Valuable previous experience in an airline environment.
• English B2.
