In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and assist in the design, construction, and project management of projects involving grading, stormwater design, erosion control, culvert design, and pavement design.
• Be hands‑on in the permitting process.
• Interact significantly with multidisciplinary internal teams and external clients.

As part of BV Operations, you will support projects across Government & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial sectors, engaging in community improvements to large‑scale mega projects.

• Perform design of projects from conceptual to design completion based on client needs.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Interface directly with the client or sub‑consultants under the Engineering Manager’s direction.
• Support business development through writing technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentations to clients.
• Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines and project team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Thorough understanding of civil site development (site plans, permitting, grading, stormwater management and design).
• Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Completion of pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements where applicable.

Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries.

• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.
• Typical office/home office environment. Physical demands: sitting, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, driving, seeing, writing, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking, standing for extended periods.
• May require travel to local and regional client sites.
