About the role

Be part of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects.

The SZC MEH Alliance is delivering the mechanical, electrical and HVAC works for Sizewell C, and we're looking for an experienced PCON Specialist – Change Management to play a critical role in controlling and governing change across this complex, regulated environment.

The role

Reporting to the Contract Support & Change Management Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end change management process—ensuring scope changes are assessed, controlled, approved and embedded without compromising safety, quality, programme or cost.

You’ll work closely with engineering, construction, commercial and project controls teams to keep the project baseline aligned and robust, while providing clear insight into the impact of change at every stage.

This role will be hybrid with 1-2 days at our Bristol Aztec West office.

What you'll be doing
  • Owning and operating formal change control processes across a major infrastructure programme
  • Managing change requests, impact assessments and approvals across scope, cost and schedule
  • Maintaining the project baseline and change register
  • Ensuring all changes meet nuclear safety and regulatory requirements
  • Driving clear communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Using digital tools (MS Power Platform) to streamline workflows and reporting
Who we're looking for
  • Strong experience in change management on large, complex or regulated projects
  • Background in infrastructure, construction, nuclear or other high‑hazard environments
  • Proven ability to run formal change control and governance processes
  • Confident stakeholder manager with strong analytical skills
  • Digitally capable, ideally with MS Power Platform experience
  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction or project management
  • Professional accreditation (APM, PRINCE2 or similar) preferred
  • Able to obtain a security clearance
