We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions in Orlando. The role requires leading the department, supervising staff, mentoring both technical knowledge and career development, and managing projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities- Supervise staff day-to-day responsibilities and mentor in technical knowledge and career development.
- Lead projects from concept to completion, including coordination with multiple disciplines.
- Interface with clients to deliver technical excellence.
- Manage project team and schedule to achieve successful outcomes.
- Degree in area of expertise.
- PE (Professional Engineer).
- 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects.
- Engineering expertise in field and knowledge of parallel fields.
