Salary: $120,000 – $200,000+ USD (Dependent on Experience)

As demand for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers continues to grow, we're seeking experienced Construction / Project Schedulers who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working alongside owners, consultants, contractors, and project leadership teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed Primavera P6 project schedules across all phases of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Produce baseline, resource-loaded, and recovery schedules aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate delays.
- Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule health assessments.
- Support schedule risk management through scenario planning and "what-if" analysis.
- Prepare executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for clients and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Owners, Owner's Representatives, General Contractors, Design Consultants, and Trade Partners to ensure schedule alignment across multiple work streams.
- Assist with change management, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), delay assessments, and schedule recovery planning where required.
- Participate in project meetings, providing planning expertise and scheduling guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote scheduling best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across project controls processes.
- Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler, Project Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls Professional within commercial construction.
- Previous Mission Critical, Data Center, Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or other complex construction project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 is essential, with experience using Microsoft Project, Power BI, or other project controls software considered advantageous.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, and project controls principles.
- Experience supporting owners, consultancies, EPCs, or major general contractors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior project stakeholders.
- Highly organised, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities within fast-moving project environments.
- Willingness to travel where required, depending on project and client requirements.
- Salary ranging from $120,000 to $200,000+ USD, dependent on experience, sector expertise, and technical capability.
