MISSIONS:
1. Plant Integrity Studies:
Conduct Asset Integrity Assessments and Life Extension programs specifically for the petrochemical plant. Integrate maintainability and inspectability requirements into design reviews. Establish baseline inspection dossiers and ensure technical procedures align with project specifications.
2. Asset Integrity Management:
Establish inspection strategies and schedules in compliance with industry codes and regulations. Approve and track the execution of baseline inspections. Identify and address performance gaps by creating and monitoring improvement action plans.
3. Technical Leadership & Coordination:
Manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and inspection engineers. Coordinate with process, HSE, reliability, layout, and operations teams. Review vendor documentation for maintainability compliance. Track subcontractor performance monthly regarding quality, HSE, and execution plans.
4. O&M Documentation & Deliverables:
Lead the preparation of O&M engineering deliverables, including Asset registers and maintenance plans. Ensure all deliverables are compatible with CMMS and digital asset management systems.
5. QHSE Compliance:
Adhere strictly to company HSE policies and procedures. Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible maintenance solutions.
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY:
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Strong engineering performance s by ensuring the petrochemical plant is fully prepared for safe and efficient operations by end of 2027
Successful establishment of a long-term safety and performance roadmap
