They are currently after a licensed professional for a remote mechanical position in Dallas.

• Prepare design documents that align with project requirements and standards.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate timely completion of documents for QA/QC review before deadlines.
• Collaborate weekly with the Project Manager to assess staffing needs.
• Review mechanical budget hours and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Assign mechanical design tasks and manage team workload.
• Monitor manpower and budget in coordination with the Project Manager.

• Registered Professional Engineer.
• Strong client interaction skills to encourage repeat business.
• Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines and with external consultants.
• Ability to guide mechanical staff to complete designs on schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
