They are currently after a licensed professional for a remote mechanical position in Dallas.

Responsibilities- Prepare design documents that align with project requirements and standards.
- Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate timely completion of documents for QA/QC review before deadlines.
- Collaborate weekly with the Project Manager to assess staffing needs.
- Review mechanical budget hours and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Assign mechanical design tasks and manage team workload.
- Monitor manpower and budget in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- Strong client interaction skills to encourage repeat business.
- Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines and with external consultants.
- Ability to guide mechanical staff to complete designs on schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
