• Design and assist in managing roadway projects including intersections, collector streets, urban arterials, rural and urban expressways, interstates, and interstate interchanges.
• Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, project plans, and maintaining project schedules.
• Interface with clients and support the Project Manager in maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and design/drafters.

• Roadway design experience with working knowledge of NCDOT Guidelines for Highway Design and the FHWA Roadway Design Manual.
• Familiarity with NCDOT design and CAD criteria and experience applying them in plans development.
• Ability to perform background checks with authorization (if required).
