We are seeking an onsite, full‑time Project Manager for a 12‑month assignment supporting the expansion of facilities in Baton Rouge, LA. While engineering or technical qualifications are highly valued, experience managing projects in a cGMP environment is essential.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management capability, task scheduling expertise, and proficiency with recognized project management tools. Clear communication of project progress, risks, and timelines to senior leadership will be a key part of your success.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will oversee the expansion of external materials‑handling facilities and internal filling operations. Experience with gases under pressure, liquid gas distribution, manifolds, tank farm installations, and integration with filling/packaging lines will be highly regarded. Critical to the role is hands‑on exposure to cGMP practices, including installation, qualification, validation procedures, and good engineering practice within pharmaceutical or life‑science environments.
Experience with MS Project or similar software is expected.
This role requires at least 90% onsite presence; remote work will not be considered. Relocation support may be available for suitable candidates. With multiple active projects and peak activity expected in Fall 2026, we are seeking a quick starter ready to step into a high‑impact role.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and the Site Director
- Coordinate installation, qualification, and validation activities in alignment with cGMP requirements
- Lead project activities related to gases under pressure, liquid gas distribution, manifolds, tank farm installations, and integration with filling and packaging lines
- Ensure adherence to good engineering practices within pharmaceutical or life‑science environments
- Maintain strong onsite presence (minimum 90%) to support daily project execution and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience managing projects in a cGMP environment (essential)
- Background in engineering or other technical fields (highly regarded but not mandatory)
- Strong proficiency with project management software, including MS Project
- Experience with systems involving gases under pressure, liquid gas distribution, manifolds, and tank farm installations (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated understanding of installation, qualification, and validation procedures
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project status and risks to senior leadership
- Ability to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA if needed (relocation support may be available)
- Ability to start quickly and manage multiple concurrent projects, with peak activity expected in Fall 2026
