This is an opportunity for a strong technical leader who wants to shape a discipline, mentor engineers, and play a key role in project success across a wide range of structural applications—from water infrastructure to commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead structural analysis and design for a variety of projects
Prepare and review technical reports, plans, and specifications
Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables
Provide guidance on complex design challenges
Project Management Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
Team Development Mentor and develop junior engineers
Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
Client & Team Collaboration Build strong relationships with project teams and clients
Understand project needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
Contribute to a culture of exceptional client service
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)6+ years of structural design experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering Structural Engineer (SE) license
Project management experience
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
