As part of the Process Innovation team, you will participate in research and development projects aimed at turning an idea into an industrial application.

Your missions:

• Exploit laboratory equipment and pilot units to produce data necessary for the validation and optimization of industrial processes.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the pilot park: preventive maintenance, diagnosis of breakdowns, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing equipment and participate in the identification of new investments.
• Prepare and configure pilots and experimental equipment for internal tests or in the context of client services.
• Train and support clients in the use of pilot equipment.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of experimental results, as well as a structured report including: test results, and the status of equipment.

Your profile:

• Graduated from an IUT diploma or a professional license in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are versatile and rigorous, a force of proposal, and enjoy teamwork.
• You have good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a real collaborative spirit.
