The company focuses on environmental management, civil engineering, ecological permitting, and land surveying, serving clients throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the greater New England area.

• Manage all aspects of survey projects including property line research and analysis, estimates and contracts, ALTA, existing conditions, condominium, construction layout, GPS, and Land Court surveys.
• Oversee office and field staff, collaborating closely with engineering and environmental departments.
• Be knowledgeable of local and state land use processes and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Support monthly billing review, approval or disapproval of vendor invoices, and monitor budget, schedule, resource, and job cost.
• Assist other Project Managers and staff with unique project-related issues.
• Direct production by working with administrative and drafting staff.
• Work Monday through Friday; willingness to perform other duties as requested.

• Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience and Massachusetts PLS license.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
