Position SummaryTransportation Project Manager (Towson or Rockville, Maryland). Full‑time role with 8‑12 years of experience. Flexible remote work options (2‑3 days per week from home).

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC.
- 8‑12 years’ experience in roadway, highway, and traffic control plan preparation with project management experience.
- Proficiency with Micro Station/Open Roads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Lead multi‑discipline teams on transportation design projects, focusing on multi‑modal roadway projects.
- Act as liaison between client and project team, including external stakeholder agencies.
- Manage all technical resources, including subconsultants.
- Prepare task proposals, set project pricing and budgets.
- Develop project management plans and prepare monthly progress reports.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Lead or participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Provide quality control reviews of submittals and deliverables.
- Mentor and train junior staff.
- Assist with production tasks (CADD drawings, reports, graphics/renderings).
- Support Group Leader and Division Directors with business development and proposals.
- Maintain positive working relationships with co‑workers, project managers, supervisors, and other team members.
