Description

We’re hiring a Civil/Structural Engineer to support industrial facility projects across the Pacific Northwest, with a strong focus on seismic design, steel and concrete structures, and facility upgrades.

Job Details

This is a mid-level role (5–8 years experience) ideal for an engineer who wants exposure to complex, real-world projects including refineries, energy infrastructure, and retrofit design. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers to deliver practical, constructible solutions from equipment foundations to full facility upgrades.

If you're looking to grow your technical depth, pursue your PE (if not already licensed), and work in a collaborative EPCM environment with direct client exposure, this role offers a strong next step.

Compensation and Benefits

$103,000 - $125,000 (anticipated annual salary may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal peer equity). Additional pay may be offered for additional hours during peak times. We offer a competitive benefits package including 401k match, HSA contributions and paid holidays.
