- Provide high-level technical project leadership and manage the administrative, commercial, and technical components of EHV Transmission and Substation projects
- Lead the development of project proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost management, and change control
- Regularly report project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any emergent issues
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and enforce project safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the power and energy industry
- Strong understanding of the project delivery process and experience managing projects through various delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB)
- Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and provide leadership to team members while ensuring quality assurance and control
- Experience working within an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools and software, including MS Office Suite and PM tools
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Proven track record of maintaining workplace safety standards and policies
