You will develop proposals, manage schedules and budgets, and act as engineer‑of‑record on signals, signing, and ITS projects, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with project teams. The role requires a PE license or eligibility within 6 months, PTOE certification preferred, and strong communication skills for public meetings
