We are seeking Electrical Engineers ranging from Electrical Engineer I through Principal Electrical Engineer to join our growing team at RCM Energy Services. Successful candidates will work directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams on a diverse portfolio of projects that are helping to power the energy transition and strengthen critical infrastructure throughout North America.

• Perform electrical engineering design from conceptual development through detailed design, construction support, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare engineering calculations, studies, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Develop one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, plans, equipment layouts, and construction packages.
• Perform power system studies including load flow, short circuit, grounding, arc flash, and protective device coordination analyses.
• Conduct field walks, site investigations, equipment assessments, and engineering evaluations at client facilities.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support proposal preparation, technical presentations, and business development activities.
• Travel as required to support meetings, field investigations, construction activities, startup, and commissioning.
