OverviewSenior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager for our Temple, TX office. The role includes project management, client relations, client outreach, design and construction oversight for engineering projects conducted in the area. Candidates will work as part of a design team or independently with tasks that include business development, client meetings, presentations and outreach, management of budgets and schedules for ongoing projects, preparation of technical reports, construction cost estimating, contract documents and specifications, proposals and RFQ responses.
Manage, coordinate and mentor staff including project level and field employees.
- Drive and support business development in the region.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability of assigned projects.
- Coordinate and mentor staff at project and field levels.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, contract documents and specifications.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Oversee construction and ensure compliance with plans.
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience in municipal/public works projects.
- Texas P.E. license required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Self‑starter with business development aptitude.
- AutoCAD experience an advantage.
