Role Responsibilities
- Lead migration of AutoCAD parts lists into ERP systems for Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing setup.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to identify and qualify suppliers for new components.
- Partner with Operations Planning to support accurate and timely work order execution.
- Review and improve existing processes, BOMs, and routing documentation for accuracy and efficiency.
- Process engineering change orders (ECOs) in accordance with established procedures.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production, safety, quality, and cost.
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Support product and process changes in coordination with Corporate Design and Development teams.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches and equipment commissioning.
- Provide technical training and troubleshooting support to production and maintenance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.
- ERP or MRP system experience.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in computer applications and technology tools.
