Ferguson is seeking a Residential HVAC Technical Service Advisor to provide technical product support to our outside sales and field partners for Residential HVAC products. This remote role will support the New England District, and the ideal candidate must be in the EST time zone.
The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining logs, providing field service support on job sites, and delivering technical training to customers and internal staff. EPA certification and HVAC experience are preferred.
