Here's what you'll need:

• Minimum 10 years of experience working in Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering or 15-20 years' experience in construction management for heavy-industrial process facilities including life sciences and datacenters. Heavy emphasis in Structural engineering needed
• An understanding of construction-oriented means, methods, codes, and standards
• Experience interpreting home office engineering documents for construction purposes
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, including certified technical training
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to read and understand Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering drawings

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Leadership roles
• Large project experience
• Project Management competencies
• Construction field experience
